Your Local Back Office in Bangkok
Running a business in Thailand means a steady flow of quotations, invoices, receipts, tax invoices and withholding tax certificates, coming in and going out. Someone has to issue them, follow them up and hand them to your accountant.
We act as your in-house accounts team for receivables and payables. You don’t need your own admin staff to issue documents or collect them for your accountant: we do it, and you see every week what has been paid and what is still outstanding.
What We Actually Do
Accounts receivable (AR).
We prepare quotations and invoices for your customers, check incoming payments against your bank account, then issue tax invoices and receipts and send them to your customers. We follow up on late payments on your behalf, send you a weekly report of payments received and amounts outstanding, and collect withholding tax certificates from your customers where they apply.
Accounts payable (AP).
We receive your suppliers’ invoices and schedule the payments. We set up each payment in your online banking and send you a report to approve before anything is paid. We send withholding tax certificates to your suppliers where needed, and follow up with them when a tax invoice is wrong.
Forecasting.
A cash-flow forecasting report, so you know what is coming in and going out.
