Company Registration
Company Establishment - 25,000 Baht
Our Service Fee Is 25,000 Baht And The Government Fees Would Be Approximately 7,000 Baht.
The company registration service includes the following:
- Initial consulting on shareholding structure, contracts, visa & work permit, tax returns, accounting, audit & corporate compliance.
- Register company with the Department of Business Development (DBD).
- Translate company registration papers from Thai to English.
- Obtain corporate income tax ID number.
- Correspondence by email, telephone and in person meetings when necessary or requirement by customer.
Corporate Bank Opening - 6,000 Baht
The bank opening service includes the following:
- Service in Thai baht or other currencies such USD, EUR, SGD etc.
- Prepare the minutes of the meeting for opening the bank specifying the name of the person authorized to conduct transactions with the bank.
- Prepare documents for online banking.
- Advise on how to request a Thai SIM card for receiving OTP from an online bank.
DDES will support, coordinate and standby to assist customers in successful bank account opening.
BOI: The Board Of Investment Of Thailand - 100,000 Baht
Our service fee starting from 100,000 THB BOI application service includes the following:
- Advise client on all required information and documents to apply for a BOI license.
- Prepare a BOI application with the assistance of the client.
- Filing the application with the BOI.
- Assist in communicating with the BOI.
- Accompanying the representatives of the client in meetings with the BOI if necessary. Make presentations to the BOI in regards to the business plan.
- Follow up the application with the BOl officers.
- Submit any additional information or documents required by the BOI with the assistance of the client.
- Receive a notification of approval.
- Submit promotion acceptance form on behalf of the client.
- Submit required documents for the issuance of the BOI certificate.
- Receive the BOI certificate.
- Provide an English translation of the BOI certificate.
- Consulting on an ongoing basis in regards to BOl privileges and questions.
